I'm sorry I'm not giving you a lot of information to work with, but I'm
trying to find a web site where people "post" music and the name of the site has something to do with news or newsgroups or newscasters..... If any of this rings a bell, please respond. thank you ruth |

Ok, I found the site I was asking about. It's called usenet.com. Does
anyone use it or know something about it? It offers monthly payment plans. Can someone clarify something for me, usenet states: The base download levels give you a base limit for downloading each month - 2GB for 4.95. Approximately how many mp3's could you download for 2 GB 's ??? And when they say you can add more bandwidth, they mean more gigabites, right? Depends what level of compression (inverse related to audio quality) the
mp3's are; better quality would take 3-4MB per 4min of song. Be aware that such places are at the limit of legality and jammed w/ malware. In other words, it's illegal!
