tunebite install

hi there..i recently downloaded the trial of the tunebite program (rapid
solution software ag) v 2.1.1.3. ,but im having probs installing it...i get
this error message as below..

C:/ProgramFiles/WMP9tunebiteplugin.dll
Unable to register the dll/ocx:dll register server failed : code 0x8007007e
RETRY ABORT IGNORE (NOT RECOMMENDED) CANCEL

ive tried ignoring it (installs ok) but then the program wont work
properly..ive emailed the support for it but havent had any respones

im using xp (sp2) wmp10..both fully updated

it says system requirements are xp and wmp9 or above
