Default what name of multimedia audio controller drive do i need for win x

what kind of multimedia audio controller drive is for win xp?
when i click on update driver in the device manager my computer can't find
the necessary hardware for it. i need to know the name of each drive and
where i can download it myself for free and what kind do i need. the same
problem applies to my USB controller, video controller, and SM Bus controller.
have in mind that i just installed win xp on my computer. !PLEASE HELP!!!

Find the brand name (manufacturer) of your Audio/Video cards and go to their
respective websites to download the drivers. Or, check your utility
disks that came with your PC when you purchased it, the drivers
should be on there or maybe the XP installation disk. With the
limited info you provided I would only be guessing. I have XP not ESP.
