error message

I have been burning CD for 7 years, The computer that I use is 2 years old,
running XP home ,using roxio easy cd. Now I get the error E800418-ac. What
can I or do I need to fix this my wife receives new paper ads over the
Internet I need to burn them to cd for her to print at her shop.

BTW, if you're not using XP's native burning software, it is recommended to
disable it to avoid possible conflicts with 3rd party software (Roxio, Nero
etc).

Right click on My Computer > Manage > Services & Applications > Services >
look for IMAPI Burning ROM and disable it.

Tried the fix you sent and have tried the fix on the page you have sent.
Still have the same problem.
