Default Help with MP3 files

After I have downloaded mp3 files from the web, I like to put them in
alphabetical order but when I try to rightclick and rename them, the file
changes from mp3 to a file and I then can't burn it to a disk, Why does it
change to a file when you rename it?

You must name it "anyname.mp3". You probably have file extensions hidden.
