hey can you help me to get a sound device on my computer, as so it seems i
dont have one???

You are likely to have a sound card (separate or integrated).
If you have its drivers properly installed, then you have a sound device.

If there is a problem, it should be visible as a yellow exclamation mark in
Control Panel | System | Hardware | Device Manager.
