i have just bought a mp3 player. I have windows xp, can anyone please tell
me step by step how i download mp3 files onto this machine, i have beng trying for 3 hours, do not know what i am doing!!! |

When you plug it in it should show up in "My Computer" as an external
storage device. The auto play function may kick in and you can choose to open it there. Just drag the files to it. Another method is to use the "Sync Tab" in WMP and see if it recognizes it. You can drag files from there. If it does not show up or these methods do not work there may be special software required that came with the player.
