Default error messages in wmplayer 10

I am having 2 problems in my wmplayer 10, which I need help with. Problem # 1,
my msn radio pluss doesn't work properly. When I play a station, as long as
I don't
try to rate the music, the station plays fine. But whhen I try to rate the
song that
is playing, an error message appears ( A Runtime error has occurred. Do you
wish
to Debug, line:15 , error: 'href' is null or not an object ). Now, if I
chose no, it will
go on to play the next song, only to have the same error reacure. It is the
same exact error message on every song. Now, if I chose yes, to debug,
Microsoft script
editor opens to debug, and does not finish debugging, but rather, determines
that
it is unable to debug this type of error. It doesn't matter what station or
what song
is playing, it does the same thing. I have tryed msn support, reading imfo.
pages,
and anything else I could think of and nothing works to fix the problem.
Also, problem #2, I can rip music to my library from personal CD's just fine,
but when I try to rip music videos to my library, it freezes in the middle of
the prosses. I can download music videos from the internet with no problem,
it just won't rip my own DVD's . Do you have any suggestions?

WMP doesn't rip DVDs.
You can't rate files / streams outside of your library as far as I
understand ... I'm not sure what you're rating how, but that wouldn't be a
function of the player...

FYI, When you have msn pluss radio, it plays inside the windows media player,
in the top buttom marked rodio. From there, when signed into net passport,
you can sellect radio stations to listen to. And on the piticular station that
you are listening to, you can rate the songs that are currently playing. Mine
errors when I try to rate thes songs that are currently playing. I posted my
question because I needed help. But, I do not appreciate someone saying, I
can't help you in a sarcastic way. I am ofended by the way my question was
answered.
