A couple of days ago, not sure exactly when, my laptop stopped being able to
access secure (https) websites such as my internet banking site. Also, though I can access ebay.co.uk, if I try to go to 'My eBay' I get an error (though this isn't an https site). The error is the usual "The page cannot be displayed" error. Have tried system restore, clearing temp files and cookies. Hoping I don't have to completely re-install windows as my recovery disk is pre-SP2 so will wipe everything out. I'm running Win XP Home with SP2. Any ideas how to sort this out? -- LeedsBoy |
