Default Window cannot configure this wireless

Hi all,

I'm about to connect into wireless network from my labtop and I'm not sure
what have I done wrong while I had tried to set up the configuration. So, it
caused this message after I finished the setup.

The message at the wireless network connection is

"Window cannot configure this wireless connection if you have enabled
another program to manage this wireless connection use that software"

Now, I cant connect to my wireless network even I saw it, so, what should I
do?

Regards,

Melissa

Melissa,

When I got my laptop, it came with 3 WiFi managers.
# HP (the laptop manufacturer).
# Intel (the WiFi card manufacturer).
# Microsoft (the OS manufacturer).

But you can't run more than one WiFi manager at a time. Run more than one, and
eventually (not immediately), two will cause a conflict, and you'll lose network
connectivity. That's your problem.

You have to pick one and only one manager. Make sure that the others don't get
started automatically either. Use a program like Autoruns (free) and know
what's running on your computer.
