LAN problem

I have LAN limited or interrupted connection behind the firewall.Windows
couldn't solve this problem to renew IP adress.It says there is a mask
undernet-automatic personal adress.Please help me solve this problem!!!

Some details about your LAN might help. What network devices are there? What
is supposed to provide your DHCP?

Make sure that the DHCP Client service is running, and that you don't have an
LSP / Winsock problem. And make sure that you have physical connectivity.
