I have a PC running XP that seems very sluggish in virtually responding to
any events. On checking the event logs, I see the following error repeatedly in the System Event log: DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer <Name> using any of the configured protocols( Event Id: 10009 Source: DCOM) I have verified that the DCOM protocols are set correctly (using DCOMCNFG). Can someone suggest what else may be causing this issue? |
