Can anyone help me? My daughter use to have MSN Explorer on her old computer,
but when we bought her a new and tried to down load msn explorer, it says we have to pay monthly. Yet we got it free when we first put it on all our computers. I’ve still have it on mine and also my son which was my daughters old computer, it had to have a new hard drive put in because the old one crashed (At PC World clinic they reinstalled Windows XP Home and MSN Eplorer still works) hence the reason my daughter got the new one. Like I said MSN Explorer works ok on mine and my sons, why is it that we have to pay for the new version even though my daughter has an account already with them. I’m baffled please say you can help. Many thanks Paddy |
