OK, this is my first time here and I am not very tech head savvy so be
gentile. My issue is with my browser. I have cleaned out the cache, deleted the temp internet files, and cleared history but I am still having a problem with one specific web site. The one I want to use the most, of course. Strangely enough, when I connect to Ebay to sell an item I often need to change a "category". When I click on "change category" the green bar gets about 4 dashes in it and then I get a blank screen with only toolbars at the top. Why is that? I have tried disabling my virus protection too but that did not help either. |
