Default Lan Problem

Hi, I have one Lan card in WinXp, connected directly to Broadbad modem.
It was working fine, but last two days, after every 2 mints I get the
messege network cable unplugged & immediately after I get It is
connected.
I change the Lan Cable also, but same problem. I am unable to use the
internet. Plz help me...........

It sounds like either a faulty cable, lan card or broadband modem. Try the
following:

1. Remove and resseat the cable both on the network card and the broadband
modem.

2. Reload the driver for the network card.

3. Reapply your service pack (pref SP2)

If those three fail, then I would suggest replacing your network card with a
new one as it could be faulty hardware.
