Exchange Server problems

sue 1: Okay we have just loaded up Exchange Server 2003. We set up the
initial Admin that they ask you to set up when you are going through
the whole initial thing. Well now I'm trying to set up mailboxes up
for a few of my users that are in Active Directory. I sent them up I
created a mailbox for them threw Active Directory on my exchange
server. When I got to Outlook and try to set up there I got threw the
wizard and when I get to exchange server settings where it is asking me
for the exchange server and the user name well I put in the exchange
server and the user name then I click on the check the name to make
sure the it sees that user it doesn't.

If any one is able to help me I would greatly appreciate the help.

Please make sure your server name is correct and the username is correct.

Please supply the error message you're receiving
