Default Window XP stop responding after user login

password windows stop responding and user profile does not load. if we goto
task manager processes and end process Net.exe then it loads profile.
On the same pc other user login normally.
Please if any body have any information regarding this problem i will be

Is this one computer with this problem, or multiple computers? Do the same
users show this problem consistently, at different times, and on different
computers?

Is there anything common between these users? Any persistently mapped drives
for instance?

Get Process Explorer (free) from
<http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml>
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/fr.../procexp.shtml
Can you autostart Process Explorer so it displays while the user profile is
(not) loading?
