I needed to access the configuration on my WRT54G Wireless Router but
found IE has a problem with this task even though I have been there, done that 100's of times in the past using IE. I get the following from IE when trying to access http://192.168.1.1/ (which is your normal Linksys configuration access address) "The page cannot be displayed.... The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings." I also have Mozilla Firefox on my computer and it has no problem accessing the router's configuration. It just seems that IE has all of a sudden developed a problem with this. Anyone know what would cause this or where to start looking. Regards, Ed |
