I have a computer setup to work on a domain that runs off a Win2003 server.
When I log onto the computer it should automatically allow me access to shared resources for which I have permissions for the particular account I sign on with. However it doesn't. If I go to try to access these resources it prompts me for the username and password box. What I noticed on this is that in the username box it has the servername\username. I know this is not right. It should have domainname\username format. If I put in my domain\username and my password it let's me have access. Would anyone know what's wrong? Server is Windows 2003 Client is XP Pro w/ SP2 Thanks |
