I recently moved the personal folders from Server A to Server B and used
Kixstart script to push out the change. User’s profiles simply point to the U: drive as the Local drive and Kixstart maps printers and shares for them. Now I have dozens of people who can’t print (if the printer is located on Server A) and mapped drives to Server A will not show anything in the folder although it maps. If I disable offline files the problem goes away. This is fine for desktop users but all the sales team use laptops. Any solution to this problem? |
