Default Network Login Screen - Domain

I am connecting to a remote exchange server, mail.xxx.com/exchange. However,
all I get is the user name and password sections, I need a login window like
in windows 98, user name, password, domain. I am using XP professional. Any
suggestions as to how to get the full login screen greatly appreciated.

Use

DOMAINNAME\username

when you log in.
