I have a small network with a XP sp2 computer sharing files for a network
program. everything works fine all day but when i come in in the morning and try to start the program the program stops responding. and says it cant locate a file. I have drive mapped, and can go in and see the file and when i do this and restart the program it then finds the file and is ok for the day.... the computer serving the files is not set to go to sleep or hibernate and hard drives are on "always on". Not sure what the deal is..didnt have this problem until i switched the serving computer over to XP. |
