I have a Dell Latitude laptop running WinXP Pro SP2 and am
unable to setup a printer on my network using a TCP/IP port. I can ping the address I have assigned to the printer. Other PC's in the office can install the printer. What could I have running on my laptop that would prevent the installation? I get an error message saying "Unable to install printer. The print processor does not exist." |
