All of a sudden, any picture on the internet are a bright red and won't show.
How can resolve this problem?

have you by any chance installed a an ad blocker on your computer, these
usually block things and you end up with red boxes on your web pages, i have
the same and i am using pcguard.
check you anti-virus software for ad block and see if it is enabled
