Default Change Bindings Order on multiple machines

I need to change the order of the "Bindings for Local Area Connection."
Currently IPX/SPX/NetBIOS is above TCP/IP, but because NetWare is no longer
the primary file server I need to have TCP/IP moved up, for performance
issues. Is there a way to do this on a mass scale without manually clicking
in Network Connections -> Advanced Settings on each machine? I'm up for
anything, CMD-line, Registry Change, Group Policy, IntelliMirror, some MS
Tool, Third Party Software, etc.
