Default Mis-configured network I guess . . .

My PC on my private network was not able to browse the internet until I
configured it's TCP with the IP address of the DNS server of my ISP. I should
not have had to do this. I think something is wrong with my ICS gateway XP
PC. The two PC's cannot ping or net view each other but they can transfer
data fast via TTCP.EXE.
Here is ipconfig /all from the ICS gateway PC.

Without your including "ipconfig /all" from the client, it's not too easy to
make a definitive diagnosis. But you can start by removing IPV6, aka Teredo
Tunneling.
