Right-click on your Desktop Internet Explorer icon and select:
Properties > Advanced and 'uncheck' "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts", then click "Apply". -- Carey Frisch Microsoft MVP Windows - Shell/User Microsoft Community Newsgroups news://msnews.microsoft.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "HEEELPPPPP!" wrote: | how do i fix this? i hav a problem.. everytime i want to open a new internet | window to go to a new site, it keeps closing the one already opened? Third, provide some detail about your Operating System, and the browser that you're using. Browser name, version, lists of any add-ins or helper applications might be relevant. <http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/2005/06/background-information-useful-in.html> http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/2005/0...useful-in.html <http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/2005/05/how-to-post-on-usenet-and-encourage.html#Grammar> http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/2005/0...e.html#Grammar -- Cheers, Chuck, MS-MVP [Windows - Networking] http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/ Paranoia is not a problem, when it's a normal response from experience.
