The feature you seek to implement, commonly called "NIC teaming", is not a
Windows feature. You must use network cards and drivers that are designed to do this. You can't just plug in a second network card and have it work. -- Richard G. If you use two network cards, you will get redundancy. The Automatic Metric feature will provide that. http://support.microsoft.com/?id=299540 As Richard says, though, NIC Teaming or Bonding is not a feature in Windows. You have to have NICs, with drivers, that support that. -- Cheers, Chuck, MS-MVP [Windows - Networking] http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/ Paranoia is not a problem, when it's a normal response from experience.
