Are you in the properties of your network connection itself? You need to be.
Right-click on it, then choose Properties. Then click on Internet Protocol
(TCP/IP) to select it, and then click properties.

Try to install the TCP/IP protocol if you didn't. Right click on your LAN
connection choose properties and on general tab click install and choose
TCP/IP protocol.
