Check in Services that 'DHCP' and 'TCPIP netbios helper' services are running. start them if they are not running and try enabling ICS again. |

Yup, both services up and running, ICS still not working. Thanks for
interest. Incidentally I have given up trying to fix this (even though it still bugs me) and have installed a dsl gateway/wireless network router which is working fine.
