At the command prompt, type netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt , and then press ENTER. ? If the command is typed incorrectly, an error message will appear. Type the command again. If the command is completed successfully, a new command prompt appears. Type exit , and then press ENTER. d. Reboot to see the results. Hope it helps.
