We've got several XP Pros wired to a workgroup on a private IP address.
We're moving to a new ISP and going to wireless only for the Internet access.
Does anyone know a tech doc on how to configure the PCs to access the server
using one NIC and the Internet usinf the other (wireless) NIC?

Move the LAN adapter to the top of the binding order - you can also give the
connection a lower metric. See:
