I'm having a problem sharing 2 printers from a PC to a PC on a different
domain. The setup before it 'broke' was the PC that didn't have the printers attached using the net use LPT2:\\pcname\printershare and setting the port up to print to LPT2 and both PC's logging in with the same username/password. I had to rebuild the PC sharing out the printers and now the other PC won't connectn to the other PC and you get a permission denied when trying to view the printer properties. I know another engineer was working on the 2 PCs but I don't know what he did. There's a batch file in the startup folder the runs the command above but it gets the error that it's already connected. Anyone any ideas? TIA, Ewen |
