Default Cannot connect to Internet

Issue: I have a Dell Dimension XPS T600 running WinXP. LinkSys 54G pci card -
which has worked well in the past. Running 64 bit WEP - also has worked well.

I cannot get the Dell to connect to the internet. I show connected to the
wireless router (also linksys 54G). I also can connect via http to the router
- which suggests to me that the my wireless adapter is functioning correctly.

To verify signal strength and network connectivity, I have two laptops which
can connect via the same wireless router and connect to the internet no
problem.

Summary: My Dell shows connected to my wireless rounter, but I am unable to
get to the internet.

I have turned off the Dell firewall and antivirus just to ensure no conflicts.

Baffling problem.

E.
