Default Can't access 'Set Program Access and Defaults" and other problems
I have been using this XP program for a couple of years and must have done
soemthing wrong (downloadedd Skype right before problems happened...). I
can't "Add or Delete Files', Compress the hard drive and a few other things.
I get a RUNDLL error message when I try to access.
Please help.
