Right I think this all started when i installed service pack 2. I can't
start firewall or ICS settings. It's came down to some services not being
able to start. I got this help

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;827328

In resolution part 6 they are all ticked but when I go to 'start click run
then type services.msc.. Network connections will not start, Remote Access
Auto Connection Manager won't either I just get the error 1068. When trying
to turn on Remote access connection manager I get error "126: the specified
module could not be found" Any help on this will be great.

Paul,

if you don't find any specific solution, you may want to try a
repair installation.

Open http://winhlp.com/wxnet.htm , don't fill in the form, but
instead press Ctrl + F and type: repair installation
