Only run one firewall on a computer and make sure you've allowed lan traffic as trusted. Usually just running the Network Setup Wizard on both XP machines is enough. http://www.bcmaven.com/networking/faq.htm http://www.bcmaven.com/networking/myths.htm http://www.practicallynetworked.com/howto/ http://winhlp.com/wxnet.htm - Small Network Troubleshooter by Hans-Georg Michna Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!"
