Hello,
my institution recently changed our Outlook Web Access to the newest version. Since then, I cannot access any folder beyond the calendar: my inbox, deleted items, etc. I get a message in the main pane stating that the service is not available. I had that message with the previous OWA version, for a couple of days before they moved to the newer OWA version... but other than that it was orking fine I am running IE 6.02 on XP Pro SP2, automatic update is turned on. I am behind a physical firewall that does not seem to be the issue since Firefox lets me access my OWA profile! With issues, though, since I can see my emails but cannot answer nor forward anything... My institution's IT specialists are clueless. Me too. Any suggestions? Thanks! |
