Default Connecting 2 computers & an ISP using 3 network cards

Hi ppl

Here is my problem , i have two computers and i want them to talk,
simple. Plus i have a cable internet connection which i want to share
between these two computers. I want to achieve this without using any
hubs or switches.I have 3 network cards, so i want my configuration to
look some thing like :

Computer 1 Computer 2 ISP
Card 1` -----------Card 1
Card 2----------------Internet Server

So basically my comp 2 will have 2 network cards, Can this be achieved
, is it possible ?

Pls help

Thanks
