Default Group Policy

Hi All
I am running win xp home
An i am try to set up my network, one of my trouble.is that i do not have a
Group Policy in Administrative Tools in control panel
I am logged on as an administrator
How do i get Group Policy

Click Start, then Run, type GPEDIT.MSC in the Run box and click OK.

gpmc.msc only works with Group Policy Management Console SP1 installed,
please note this requires the .net Framework.
