network printing is slow
i have five computers networked using a four port router and a 5 port switch.
all five computers have versions of windows xp. two of them use home and the other three use pro. when i go to print a job the network printer is very slow to respond. it receives the job but will take anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds to respond and print the job. all computers are present on the network and see each other. the internet is fuctioning on all computers also. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
