Others PC in same LAN cant access to my pc.
I use Windows XP and can see all other pc's and them can see my but cant
access.
I can access to others pc without problem.
PC's with Windows 98 also can see my pc and also cant connect.

How can solve it?

Here we use static IP and 2 switches 24 ports. Some PC Windows XP and some
Windows 98.

The diagnostic "cant access" / "cant connect" are very vague. You need to
define your problem better.
