Have 2 computers 1 is connected to the router by a network cable the
other uses a wireless connection both can access E-Mail & the Internet computer 1 is able to ping the router & the the laptop but can not ping its own IP Addresss times out tried uninstalling NIS 2006 did not mater no network Windows firewall turned off did not see the network tried with the modem turned off & NIS 2006 uninstalled & Windows Firewall off no difference I am listing a copy of Browstat & ipconfig for both machines have been to pchucks site followed his troubleshooting steps to no avail so I post here & ask for any help that can be offered TIA Glenn -- " The road of life can only reveal itself as it is traveled; each turn in the road reveals a surprise. Do you also have NAV?
