www.driverguide.com <-- Should have your modem's drivers in it's latest form
or a link to the site.

Sign up for an account as they're claiming the default user/pass
(drivers/all) is going to expire though they've been saying that for a
couple of years now. You might as well as be nice and sign up for an
account, it's painless and free.

Go to the hardware manufacturer's website first. Then try driverguide (etc).
Do *not* use Windows Update to get drivers or you will be sorry!
