margaret996,
Check the camera manufacturer's website under products/downloads/support. And see if there is a driver upgrade, and maybe even a software download for the camera. -- Add MS to your News Reader: news://msnews.microsoft.com Rich/rerat (RRR News) <message rule> <<Previous Text Snipped to Save Bandwidth When Appropriate>> "margaret996" <margaret996@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:B0BA5515-E02B-4113-B846-A7591444462B@microsoft.com... I have purchased a webcam and cannot download the drivers from the disk. Any tips? -- Ivor |
