Hi,
I installed a new hard drive (D: drive) to a second computer. Now, I would like to transfer data (ca. 100GB) from the first computer (D-drive) to the second computer (the new D-drive). OS for both computers is WinXP Pro-SP2. What program should I use to transfer data between two computers. Your suggestion would be appreciated. craig |

Do you have the computers networked together? If you do, just find the other
one in the network neighborhood, copy and paste from one to the other. That would be the easiest way. Another way would be to burn the data to cd or dvd. Downfall, it would take multiple discs, but that option would give you a backup of your data as well. Another option would be to take a usb hard drive, connect to first computer, copy data, remove and then connect to the 2nd computer. Hope this help.
