Using Windows XP Professional, I created a new user account. Simple enough.
Then I turned the pc off then back on to show someone what the "new" desk-top looks like with multiple accounts to choose from. viola! The pc refuses to finish booting up. It's stuck at the blue screen with the small Windows XP logo. What do I do? Repeated efforts, including unplugging and turning it back on has not helped. The pc is connected via a router. |
