Default user does not have access privileges


Thanks Bert, that did the trick! I had to think about how to login in
Safe Mode, but I figured it out (msconfig).

Mike,
Normally to start in safe mode just keep hitting th f8 key
after your PC does its memory count, finds the hard disk
and just prior to windows commencing loading and a
menu will come up and then just select safemode,
or any other option you want for a specific purpose.
