The techs feel that they can better assist me on this format, so I
hope they are listening. I am a new DSL subscriber and have had this modem for about 70 days, the problem is that I am having to do a power cycle on it almost everyday to reestablish connection. My question is how can I get it replaced? -- Posted using the http://www.windowsforumz.com interface, at author's request Articles individually checked for conformance to usenet standards Topic URL: http://www.windowsforumz.com/New-Use...ict431328.html Visit Topic URL to contact author (reg. req'd). Where did you get it?? If from an ISP, call them. If you bought it with a
warranty, take it back or send in for repair. I’m seriously thinking about stopping one of their service trucks and asking them for a number. What else is there to do? |

I don't know who your ISP is, but if you can't get to talk to a real person when you call them, I would seriously consider switching ISPs. You're getting very poor service. -- Ken Blake - Microsoft MVP Windows: Shell/User Please reply to the newsgroup |

I actually got to talk to a real person and was able to arrange and exchange. I’m still amazed. -- Posted using the http://www.windowsforumz.com interface, at author's request Articles individually checked for conformance to usenet standards Topic URL: http://www.windowsforumz.com/New-Use...ict431328.html Visit Topic URL to contact author (reg. req'd).
