Hi,
The program was something that was included by your system builder, it is not part of a WinXP installation. As to why the sound isn't working, are other sounds working? If not, then you may need to (re)install your sound card drivers. Also, try the 6th FAQ section here: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm Courtesy MVP Kelly. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Associate Expert - WindowsXP Expert Zone www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "Kat" <Kat@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1E62EA36-9AC5-4BF9-B177-3B6D49A4EC39@microsoft.com... > Does anyone know anything about the program on the desktop called > microsoft > interactive training?
